Registration and membership is open to all persons over sixteen years of age who have an interest in our services and products. PeerBey reserves the right to modify the sections of the Members Area, or all of them, at any time and without prior notice, in whole or in part. Unverified accounts and inactive accounts will be removed periodically in each six month. Accounts will be deleted or suspended if they are found with illegal activities such as,
- Posting dirty comments
- Using multiple accounts
- Application related malpractices if any
- Unauthorized account usage
- Repeated login with multiple devices
User can do payments with their Debit/ Credit Cards, Net banking, UPI etc.
Product Shipping and Delivery
After your purchase we will start the delivery process of your order immediately. The product will be dilivered to your shipping address within 10 working days. You will be notified if the delivery time is going longer than we expected. We will share the tracking ID, courier service agent details etc, so that you can track and find the arrival status of your order.
As the nature of the digital products the e-books, audio books etc. are delivered to the PeerBey user account immediately after completing the order payment.
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you can return an item except books.
As the nature of the digital products, they are immediately delivered to your PeerBey account after completing your payment. Before buying it you can read the reviews, use the sample and make a decision to buy. There is a strict No cancellation/ No Refund/ No Replacement policy exists once the product has been purchased.
Delivered Books cannot be returned. Before buying it you can read the reviews and make a decision to buy. If 'The product delivered is damaged' or 'The product delivered is not that ordered', it is treated as Replacement.
Other physical items can be returned if you are not satisfied with the item, or want to purchase another item. But shipping charge may be applicable. Our representative will contact you and help you in this regard.
User can replace the product within 3 days after it has been delivered if it is reached in a damaged state or the delivered item is not that you had ordered. To get replacement approval, you should report us the reason in detail immediately in this website with the UIN of the item. If the replacement is got approved, the product you had ordered will be delivered again as early as possible. Our representative will contact you and help you in this regard.
In the case of replacement, any refund or change of product is not applicable. The replacement request will be approved only by the following reasons.
- The product delivered is damaged
- The product delivered is not that ordered
Digital products cannot be replaced.
Refund policy is applicable only on product cancellation. The refund process will be started after the cancellation request has been approved. The refund will be to the source of payment done or to the wallet with your choice when you place the cancellation request.
Full refund is eligible only for orders if they are cancelled before shipping.
